Week 1
Walk away knowing exactly who you serve, what you speak on and how to say it clearly. We build your brand message and positioning statement together, structure your signature talk using my framework, and map out the revenue model behind every engagement so your talk pays you more than once.

Week 2
We start with the real numbers, market rate ranges by setting and the six levers that affect your speaking rate. You will say your rate out loud, learn how to frame your offer before you name the price, and know exactly what to do when they push back or say they have no budget. You also leave with a tailored pricing asset you can provide decision makers when negotiating.
tech, systems and back-end infrastructure
Week 3
This is where the speaking ecosystem gets built. We walk through all steps from inquiry to post-event follow-up and build out your structure. You leave with a system that works even when you are not actively pitching.

Week 4
We audit your speaker discoverability, walk through how to get in front of the right rooms and build out your outreach strategy. You leave week four with a clear plan for how to get booked. At the end of week four you will submit your Speaker Positioning Plan. Daj reviews it and delivers a custom video breakdown with direct, action items.

We close the program together. The calls are 60 minutes once a week and the homework is designed for someone working full time. Shelley said it best — manageable, if you dedicate the time. You also have 90-day replay access so if life happens you will not fall behind permanently.

Meet your coach, Daj
I am a school SLP who turned a really hard season of life into a six-figure side business.One of the largest and most consistent parts of that business was speaking.
I was not sitting around waiting for an invitation. I started sharing my thoughts, my wins and my strategies. I pitched myself. I said “yes” before I felt fully ready. ..and that eventually turned into speaking on stages multiple times every single month.
