Week 1
Walk away knowing exactly who you serve, what you speak on and how to say it clearly. We build your brand message and positioning statement together, structure your signature talk using my framework, and map out the revenue model behind every engagement so your talk pays you more than once.
pricing, negotiation and contracts
Week 2
We start with the real numbers, market rate ranges by setting and the six levers that affect your speaking rate. You will say your rate out loud, learn how to frame your offer before you name the price, and know exactly what to do when they push back or say they have no budget. You also leave with a tailored pricing asset you can provide decision makers when negotiating, so that you can quote your rates clearly and stop second-guessing whether you are undercharging.
tech, systems and back-end infrastructure
Week 3
This is where the speaking ecosystem gets built. We walk through all steps from inquiry to post-event follow-up and build out your structure. You leave with a system that works even when you’re not actively pitching, so that opportunities can keep moving forward without relying on constant outreach from you.
marketing, outreach and getting booked
Week 4
We audit your speaker discoverability, identify the rooms and opportunities that make the most sense for you and build a clear outreach strategy for getting in front of them. By the end of week four, you will have a focused plan for how to get booked and a completed Speaker Positioning Plan ready for review. Daj will then send you a custom video breakdown with direct, actionable feedback on what to refine and what to do next.

We close the program together. I walk you through themes and patterns from the Speaker Positioning Plan audits, tie up loose ends from across all four weeks and open the floor for any remaining questions. I am a school SLP who turned a really hard season of life into a six-figure side business.One of the largest and most consistent parts of that business was speaking.
